Will the same artists perform my bridal preview and wedding day services?
Yes! The artists assigned to your wedding day will be the same artists who complete your bridal previews. We intentionally do this to ensure you have time to connect with your artist prior to the big day. This allows for a detailed, personalized consultation and gives your artist the opportunity to understand your vision, preferences, and desired look with complete clarity. At BeyondTheUpdo, we value connection, trust, and creating meaningful moments with every bride we serve. By keeping your artist consistent from preview to wedding day, we’re able to provide a seamless, elevated, and truly tailored experience from start to finish.
do you style for REHEARSAL dinner or SPECIALS events?
Yes these services fall under our special event styling. We absolutely love the opportunity to style our brides not just once, but twice throughout their wedding weekend. It builds a beautiful relationship and allows us to be part of the excitement as your full vision comes together. Special event pricing applies, and additional travel fees may be included to cover the cost of your artist traveling to you. All bookings are based on artist availability, and we recommend reaching out early to secure your date.
can my service list be updated as needed?
We do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever possible, while keeping the process fair for both you and our artists. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, we kindly ask that all final service counts be confirmed within 1–2 months of booking. This allows our team to reserve the appropriate time, prepare accordingly, and provide the elevated, seamless service BTU is known for.
will you travel to my location?
Yes we travel directly to you. Our team provides on-location services throughout the DMV and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress free wedding morning. Our travel fee is $1.75 per mile, per artist, calculated from the BTU studio. This rate reflects our base travel cost; additional fees may apply depending on specific circumstances, timing or special requirements. For locations requiring more than 2.5 hours of travel, we do ask that a hotel room be provided the night before for the artists assigned to your wedding. This ensures they arrive rested, prepared, and fully ready to create your dream look. The hotel cost is in addition to the base travel rate.
can artists remain on-site for touch ups?
Elevate your bridal experience with our exclusive Wedding Day Concierge Service a premium offering designed to ensure effortless elegance and unwavering support throughout your entire celebration. For an additional fee, our dedicated artists remain on-site to provide continuous touch-ups during photos and key moments, keeping you and your bridal party looking impeccably fresh from morning preparations to your final portraits. Each guest will also receive a personalized touch-up kit for lasting perfection long after our team departs. Beyond beauty, our concierge service offers thoughtful, hands on assistance with every detail adjusting veils, perfecting gowns, smoothing flyway's, and lending support wherever needed. Enjoy complete peace of mind, a stress free morning, and a truly elevated experience because with BTU, every moment and every detail deserves to feel flawless.
